The light blue section is the part that regularly has day and night.

The green section is the multi-level swamp in the middle of the web.

The darker blue by blue-green-gray section is the area that is generally either in dark or shadow.

The blue specks that are "off" the web is where the shadow of the spider still is.

The web strands extend past the "edges" but past the edges there isn't any surface away from the strands.  Air runs along the strands to the very end (though at the end it is only found within 10' or so of the surface of the strands.

From upper right to lower left, the longest strand runs about 100 kilometers (about sixty miles).
