There are many, many different ways to do a firm brochure.  The imporant design point for an on-line firm brochure is that you can use links to add content and information.  The [etc.] space would be filled in with a firm's mission statement and description.

There is a link on this sample page for one of the attorneys, though in a real on-line brochure, each attorney would have a link or they might all be listed on the page together.  Whether you use links and separate pages or a single web page depends in part on what you include in the listing material, whether you include a photograph, and whether you use wallpaper.

Basically, if the information will take up more than one computer screen's space, then you should seriously consider breaking it into two pages.  If the page is more than 30k in size, either reduce the content or split the page.  No page should be larger than 30k without extremely good reason.
