All services provided by Online Marketing may be used for lawful purposes only. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Online Marketing from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note:

Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any OLM server. This includes sites that may infur sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to OLM servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of non-acceptable content or links

• pirated software
• Hackers programs or archives
• Warez Sites

OLM will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Unlimited Traffic

We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited Web page traffic, to maintain the integrity of our service the following limitations apply.

• Sites housing multiple directories with unrelated information
  
• Sites with more than one main page.
• Multiple hosts resolving at a ip or domain name we provide
  
• Sites with Banners, graphics or cgi's running from the domain being used on other domains.
• Sites with graphic archives or galleries
• Sites offering download archives, such as .zip, .tar, .ra and .GZ.
• Sites using more than 20% of system resources

If you do not qualify for unlimited, traffic will go unmonitored until you reach 3 gigs, Then normal data transfer costs of 5.00/100megs will apply.

OLM will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision

Chat Rooms

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option. We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Background running programs

We may allow programs to run continually in the background , these are considered on a one to one basis and a extra charge will be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Commercial Advertising - Email:

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a OLM server or using an email address that is maintained on a OLM machine is STRICTLY prohibited. OLM will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Server abuse:

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a olm server or customer of olm is strictly prohibited.

Any Sub-Networks of OLM and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.
