Cinnamon Rolls

Take one egg and put it in a two cup measuring cup.  Fill the cup (with the egg in it) to the 13 oz. limit and beat the egg.

Pour into bread machine.

Add 4 cups flour, 4 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons dry milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons active dry yeast.

Set the bread machine to produce dough.

Take a stick of butter and melt it in the two cup measuring cup.  Add sugar to the two cup limit.

Roll the dough out. Pour the sugar butter mixture over it.  Powder with cinnamon to taste.  Roll up into a long cylinder.  Cut into rounds and place in 9x13x2 inch pan.  Allow to rise for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.  

Bake for 30 minutes at 320 degrees F.
