Mediator. An agreement that doesn't last is no agreement at all. Sometimes
the best solution is one that can be made to work outside of Court.

reduce and defuse verbal violence. It also explains how to work with
sensory modes in communication. This is one of several books the author has

that will become a part of the training of the next generation of dispute
resolution professionals.

Dobson, James When God Doesn't Make Sense, (Tyndale House Publishers,
Inc. 1993). I must confess that there is a lot of Dobson's writing that
I am not fond of. This book is excellent. I am glad it is the first
thing of his that I read or I might not have given it a chance.
