| Responsive Throw Seminar
A Short Seminar covering Three Topics
Responsive throwing is a way of throwing that involves acting rather than
reacting. It is an end to stiff-arming, game playing and "doggy dog" judo
with an emphasis on clean throws, clean execution and minimal muscling or
game playing. The three seminars that follow cover the elements that go into
understanding responsive throwing. Once these three courses have been finished,
students are ready to re-enter their normal training with an eye and a heart
oriented towards pure Judo rather than something else.
In addition to this three seminar set of work-outs, I have been considering additional material. The index for that material is provided on-line for feedback and consideration. Other Potential Topics For Future Seminar Postings |
