Proposed Dispute Resolution Program Participant Survey

This survey is designed to ask open ended questions that are susceptible to being reduced and recorded in a matrix form and to meta-analysis (I hope).

I would appreciate thoughts on survey design and on ways to reach graduates outside of the student association group.
