Surviving Trauma consists of ten sessions that are each between one-half to one-hour.

Being debriefed -- finding someone to talk to

(And how to talk to them): a person, God, your journal -- someone safe.

(75% on your feelings, 25% on details -- at least 20 minutes per episode)

Session Eight

Choosing an exercise pattern. Walking, gardening, mixed patterns,

rainy days and Mondays. Exercise, sleep and regularity.

Session Nine

Religion -- sincerity, not brand recognition.

Vacations -- the need to relax and be comfortable doing "nothing." It is

being away and at rest that is important.
