Add

'studies have shown that in 50% of the cases that go to trial, the attorneys have reached a position where they can agree on a settlement but where the clients are not willing to agree. Further, in the other 50%, a substantial percentage involve attorneys with impaired negotiating skills. Mediation helps in both of these settings.
