The software/scripts are freeware, properly distributed.  The author, Jim Rhodes, runs The Art Of Business Web Site Promotion and has some very useful perspectives and advice.  If you've visited that site before, it has greatly improved.

I have made some modest updates to my site Web Page Design for Professionals (Attorneys, Lawyers & Mediators) at < http://adrr.com/web/ >.  The site is a collection of tutorials and links on how to design web pages for professionals, with examples and templates (I don't design sites for other people -- I don't have the time).  For a simpler approach, much less cluttered and easier to follow, http://adrr.com/tutorial/ is the section I have set up.
