Resolution Resources Corporation (RRC) has established the National Mediation

Network (NATIONET®) to provide mediation administration and professional

services to its major national clients. NATIONET® is comprised of panels

of highly qualified, subject matter experienced mediators nationwide who

provide mediation services to RRC clients as independent contractors of

NATIONET® at convenient locations across the country.

Our analysis has shown that most litigation dollars are expended in protracted

discovery processes, such as extensive depositions and document production.

Over 90% of civil litigation is currently resolved prior to trial. Therefore,

NATIONET®'s goal is to save money for its clients by training them -

and helping them - to resolve disputes earlier. Mediation is a proven way

of settling disputes sooner, with significant dollar savings over litigation.

In addition, the parties reach better solutions, preserve their business

relationships, avoid unwanted publicity, maintain control of the process

and manage the risks of litigation.

NATIONET® provides a turnkey program for the management and early resolution

of a full range of disputes and lawsuits to major national corporations.

The program emphasizes five elements: Training, Case Evaluation, Process

Administration, Quality Control and Reporting. NATIONET® will utilize

its nationwide network of highly qualified independent contractors, supported

by NATIONET®'s administrative group with their extensive experience in

professionally operating dispute resolution businesses.

Administrative services provided to clients include a systematic quality

assurance program to continually monitor client satisfaction with the quality

of services delivered. This QA program includes peer review and continuing

education requirements for mediators associated with NATIONET®.

Finally, NATIONET® provides state-of-the-art, computer-based systems

for administrative support of its clients, including integrated billing and

periodic reporting on the status of all cases submitted for mediation together

with the savings achieved by the client through the use of mediation instead

of litigation.
